The fitness facility is fully equipped with state of the art Cybex Eagle, Cybex VR2, Camstar, Nautilus and free weights. We promise the personal care and attention you need to help meet your fitness goals. We offer three, orientation sessions with each membership. Our highly skilled professional staff will design a program to guarantee you look and feel your best.
Fitness membership includes unlimited use of our Fitness facility, unlimited Group Exercise classes, BodyPump, Boot Camp, Indoor Cycle Classes (M/3 Bikes), Pilates, Yoga, Chair Yoga and Active Adult Classes.

Person Training and Small Group Training
Personal training will help you achieve your fitness goals faster, enhance your sports game and rejuvenate your workouts.
Small Group Training makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing accountably, encouragement, education and social support.
Our Active Adult Program is designed for adults 50+ and those new or just returning to exercise. A club membership fee is not required for this special program. Active Adult classes are held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 AM.
